Frequently asked questions
- How do I cancel TinyCue Plus?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions, and select TinyCue to cancel or change your plan. You can also manage it from the "Manage Subscription" link inside TinyCue itself. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not refund the current period.
- Does TinyCue work without an Apple Watch?
- Yes. Apple Watch is entirely optional — TinyCue is a full iPhone app on its own, and the Watch app and home-screen widgets are companions to it, not requirements.
- Do I need to connect Apple Health?
- No. Connecting Health is optional and only used to confirm workouts for habits like a walk. If you don't connect it, you can still track that habit manually — TinyCue never blocks a habit because a permission was denied.
- Why didn't TinyCue detect my walk automatically?
- Automatic detection is a convenience, not a guarantee — it relies on on-device motion data matched against a workout recorded in Apple Health, and it can occasionally miss one. You can always confirm a habit manually, and any automatic completion can be undone.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. TinyCue has no account or sign-in. Your habits live on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, sync privately to your own iCloud.
